I need to develop a SLAM based algorithm, suggest me a good ARM development board to make my first prototype.

- need considerable amount of SRAM capacity. - high processing performance.   I'm new to ARM micro controllers and It would be helpful to me if anyone can suggest me a good development board.   thank you.
