eclipse ds-5 doesn't create free license for vybrid starter kit with free activation code

Hi, I've downloaded and installed ds-5 eclipse from arm web site related to vybrid starter kit. When I try to enter activation code from that web site license manager fails with "unable to execute query" message at the end activation process. Could
